All products sold comply with European GPSR regulations, Regulation (EU) 2023/988, and specifically thanks to:

- The careful and rigorous supplier verification process that ensures compliance with regulations and additional quality requirements set by Melania Gorini Gioielli to prevent non-compliant products from being placed on the market;

- The risk assessment conducted by the manufacturer to ensure that the items are safe for their intended use;

- Design that is not confusable with other products, particularly food items;

- The implementation of internal quality control procedures that ensure the safety of both incoming products or semi-finished goods and internal production;

- A storage and transport system, during times of our responsibility, that does not compromise compliance with the general safety obligation;

For all our items, we recommend:

- Not to use in case of allergies to metals and metal alloys, as they may be contained within the alloy of which the product is composed, in an amount within the limits prescribed by law;

- To keep out of reach of children and vulnerable individuals.
