Returns and right of withdrawal
I want you to be happy with the piece of jewelry you have chosen. If, upon receiving it, you change your mind, for online purchases you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason, in the cases provided for by current legislation.
Custom and made-to-measure products
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
This category includes, for example, jewelry made based on specific requests made individually by the customer, non-standard modifications, specifically requested sizes, or other customizations that make the product specifically created for that person.
If you have received a product that is not to your liking, you may return it via a tracked postal method of your choice, no later than 14 days from receipt of the same.
How to request a return
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify me within 14 days from the day you received your order by writing to:

I will send you all the necessary instructions to correctly make the return.
I recommend that you contact me before sending the package, so I can provide you with the correct address and instructions for the return. The withdrawal request will in any case be considered within the terms as long as your communication is sent within the period provided for by law.
Returning the jewelry
After communicating your wish to withdraw, the product must be returned within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.
The jewelry must be returned in conditions compatible with the normal verification of its characteristics and fit. I therefore ask you to take care of it and not to use it more than is necessary to evaluate it.
Should the product show a decrease in value due to handling other than what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, such a decrease may be taken into account for the purposes of the refund.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.
You may freely choose the carrier you prefer; I always recommend using a tracked shipment, so as to be able to document the return.
If you prefer, I can organize the pickup via SDA courier at a cost of €7.50. In this case, upon your confirmation, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
How the refund will take place
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amounts due will be refunded in accordance with current legislation.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If you paid for standard delivery costs when ordering, these will also be refunded. However, any additional costs incurred for choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard shipping available are not refundable.
If, instead, the order benefited from free shipping, the amount due for the returned products will be refunded in full, without deducting the cost of the initial shipping incurred by MGJ.
Incorrect, defective, or non-conforming product
The right of withdrawal is distinct from the rights provided for by the legal guarantee of conformity.
If you have received a product different from the one ordered, defective, or non-conforming, contact me before proceeding with any shipment: we will check the situation together and, in cases provided for by law, the necessary costs for the return and replacement will not be borne by you.
Delivery problems
In case of anomalies in delivery, non-received package, or other problems related to shipping, please contact me promptly: I will be available to provide assistance and, when necessary, initiate a verification with the courier.
When the shipment is regularly delivered to the address indicated in the order and there is proof of delivery, possibly accompanied by a signature or other documentation from the carrier, a simple declaration of non-receipt does not automatically result in a refund or replacement of the order.
Any disputes will be evaluated based on the available documentation and the results of the verifications carried out with the courier. Should the signature, the identity of the person who collected the package, or the correctness of the delivery be challenged, the recipient may be asked to provide the necessary information and documentation to allow the opening of the relative claim.
MGJ cannot be held responsible for loss or theft that occurred after the regular delivery of the package to the recipient or a third party authorized by them.
The rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation remain in any case firm.
