Returns and Refunds
The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99, is not applicable to personalized or custom-made products. It is not applicable to discounted items or items purchased with a welcome discount or other discount code.
Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have received a product that you are not satisfied with, you can return it via a trackable mail method of your choice, no later than 14 days from receiving it. You can also request a package pickup via SDA courier, at a cost of €7.50.

Stating your intention to make a return. This way you will receive a communication authorizing you to make the return and instructions for shipping. ATTENTION! Always wait for return confirmation and instructions BEFORE sending back the item you purchased.
How will the refund be issued?
Once I have received the original package and it has been checked (the goods will only be accepted if returned within 14 days of delivery), and verified that the product(s) have been returned unused and intact, the refund will be issued.
As a small artisan business, unfortunately, I cannot cover the costs for returns/exchanges.
Therefore, shipping costs for the return will be at your expense. If you prefer, I can send an SDA courier to your home to collect the package, and I will then deduct the shipping cost, which is €7.50, from the total refund.
The total refund will not include the costs incurred for the initial shipping of the jewelry item(s).
What does this mean? Even if you did NOT pay for the "outbound" shipping because you spent more than €99, or due to any other ongoing promotion, I will still have to deduct the €7.5 that I incurred for the initial shipment from the refund. The courier is always paid, if not by you, then by me, who covers the expenses, but I cannot cover them in the event of a return/exchange.
Please always keep in mind that I am a small artisan business and not a large company (and that many large companies still charge for both outbound and return shipping costs).
The return delivery is your responsibility until it reaches its destination.
In the event that I have made an error, by shipping an incorrect item, I will arrange for its replacement or refund, and only in this case will the return shipping costs be my responsibility.
PAYMENTS WITH KLARNA OR PAYPAL: unfortunately, the commissions requested by these two providers at the time of order payment are NOT refunded to me in case of a return, so I will be forced to deduct them from the refund amount.
Please note, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages if there is a signed proof of delivery. I will be happy to assist you and am always available to resolve any issues together, but I cannot be held responsible for the negligence of couriers and/or businesses elected to pick up packages for the recipient.
